Mochiko Chicken

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Chicken (bone-in or de-boned)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mochiko (can be found in most Asian sections)
  • 1/2 cup Corn Starch
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 4 clove Garlic (mashed and minced)
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce

Directions

To make marinade:  Beats eggs slightly;

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Add  chicken and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

You can fry, broil, or grill (on low heat to avoid burning).   It also does well de-boned, cut in chunks, and placed on skewers.
