Crockpot Shoyu Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 clove or 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 slice fresh ginger

Directions

Place 6-8 chicken thighs into crockpot. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken thighs. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Chicken may be served with or without extra sauce (skim off fat, if preferred)
