Hibachi Miso Chicken w/Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Miso
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Beer
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Directions

Simple recipe that adds an unusual taste that will keep your family guessing. Cooks more easily if you cut the chicken into smaller 1 - 1 1/2 inch chunks, place on skewers and grill. Recipe is for 5 lbs. boneless chicken, works well with boneless chicken thighs, but you can use breasts if you prefer. Combine all the ingredients, then marinade the chicken overnight in the refrigerator.  Grill until cooked.
