Prep Time 130 min Cook Time 24 min Ready Time 2 hour, 34 min Servings:

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Chicken Thighs
  • 4 tablespoons Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Mochiko
  • 4 tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 5 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (1/4
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Directions

Mix all ingredients well; Marinade chicken for 2-hours in the refrigerator, turning several times; Fry slowly in oil on medium heat, so you don't burn it. TIP:  While the recipe does not call for it, if you de-bone the thighs, you will find them much easier to cook without burning the outside, by reducing cooking time by about 6 minutes.   Of course, if you fry them with the skin on, you can always discard the skin after cooking and lower your fat content in the process.
