Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/8 cup Teriyaki Sauce *See Teriyaki Sauce recipe

Directions

Place l-lb of ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Add 1 medium onion (about 1 cup) chopped. Mix in 1/8 cup of teriyaki sauce. Form patties (approximately 4-5) and fry, broil, or grill as desired. Can be served with either buns or as a main course with rice and potato salad, Hawaiian style.
