Significant Snow Hits the Big Island

Snow Blankets Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa

Over the last 48-hours, snow has blanketed the slopes of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.  The road up to the Mauna Kea Visitors Center was closed for part of this weekend due to the snow.
